“Emma has been really great about listening to my needs and understanding where I'm coming from. She wasted no time providing me with steps to take to figure out what was best for me. I've learned some great things about lactose intolerance and probiotics. I love that every session I learn new things. I've definitely felt better after doing a quick elimination diet to see if I could be lactose intolerant. This has helped tremendously as I was experiencing some painful bloating.
